Partner workout

100 Calorie Row
100 Pull Ups
1 Mile Run
100 Deadlifts (135)
100 Box Jumps Overs

Run 200m when not working and switch when that partner gets back

(26:27--fastest time of the day. Ran exactly 2 miles. I did a majority of the work on everything. I would say 60/40 split.)
