30 Shoulder Taps Facing wall

B. Double Kettlebell Front Rack Lunge- 3x16 steps; Rest 2 minutes

C. TGU- 5RM/arm
(53--right arm was weaker. Could have done one heavier on the left if it wasn't a 9 pound jump)
