(145--I felt weak in my core after the Deadlifts.)
B. Double Kettlebell OH Lunge- 3x10; Rest 2 minutes
(53's--felt good and tough.)
C. Double Kettlebell Front Rack Walk- 5x1minute; Rest as needed
(53's--rested two minutes between each set. Felt good. Got easier as I went, actually.)
