C. Barbell OH Hold- accumulate 2 min with 175#
D. Strict CTB Lean Away Pull-ups @ 30X1- 4x4-6; Rest 1-2 min
(Got challenging as I went)
E. 3 MU per minute for 10 minutes
(Almost missed round 10)
